本机采用吸入式喷砂，即利用压缩空气在喷枪内高速流动形成负压产生引射作用，将旋风分离器贮箱内的砂料通过输 砂管吸入喷枪内，然后随压缩空气气流由喷嘴高速喷射到工件表面，达到喷砂加工目的。

适用范围

1、 极适合较不怕碰撞小零件之自动喷砂作业，每批可加工大量的工作。

2、 操作时仅需工件定量置入环带内，设定喷砂时间，即可启动自动喷砂作业，操作简单

3、 按下环带转向反转钮即可自动岀料，卸料十分方便省力。

4、 环带转动速度，可依工作需要，有变频率器微调控制转速。

5、 喷枪具遥控装置，喷砂效率及均匀高度。

6、 由空转计时器控制之清洗**，可设定空转吹气时间，以清洁工件，并使砂材回收更彻底。

7、 旋风式分离器，可微调分离150#-320#间之砂材，效果特价，可用砂材绝不流失。
