适用范围

1、清理热处理件、焊接件、铸件等氧化皮、毛刺和焊渣,清理质量可达到Sa3级;

2、清理机加件的微小毛刺、表面残留物等。

3、工件表面涂、镀前的预处理加工,可获得活性表面,提高涂、镀层的附着力。

4、用于其它加工方法难以完成的精度高、粗糙度高、粗糙度Ra值、形状复杂零件的光饰加工。

5、改善加工表面物理机械性能,如改变表面应力状态,改善配合偶件的润滑条件。

6、用于模具清理,不伤及模具表面,保证模具精度,提高产品档次。
