设备介绍:

该系列为吊钩式抛丸清理设备,主要用于铸件、结构件、有色合金件及其他零件的表面清理,本系列跑完清理设备分 为单钩、双钩式,起吊、不起吊式等多种型号。它具有无地坑、结构紧凑、生产率高等优点,抛丸室采用Mn13耐磨护 板,有效的提高了抛丸室的使用寿命;供丸系统采用特殊的气控供丸闸阀,我公司的采用的气缸为小巧轻便型无底座、耳座的气缸,较传统的有座气缸更为稳定、可靠,且维修方便快捷;配置滤筒除尘器,滤芯采用阻燃材质,脉冲自动振打除 尘;设置有二次旋风分离器,能将粉尘剂和钢丸有效分离,减少磨料浪费及除尘滤筒的磨损。

Equipped with filter cartridge dust collector, the filter core is made of flame retardant material, and the pulse automatically vibrates to remove dust; There is a secondary cyclone separator, which can effectively separate dust agent from steel shot, reduce abrasive waste and wear of dust removal filter cartridge.


适用范围

本机型广泛应用于铸造、建筑、化工、电机、机床等行业的中、小型铸、锻件包括易碎和形状不规则的工件的表面清理或强化处理,并且本机型适合于不宜碰撞的细长、薄壁件的清理。通过抛丸清理,不但可以去除工件表面的锈蚀、氧化皮、型砂等,还可以降低工件的内应力,提高工件的抗疲劳强度。
