工作原理：

电动机带动安装在抛光机上的砂带或砂轮抛光盘高速旋转，由于抛光盘和抛光轮共同作用并与待拋表面进行摩擦，进 而可达到去除漆面污染、氧化层、浅痕的目的。

(1) 除去铸件、锻件热处理后零件表面的氧化皮。

(2) 除去零件表面上的锈蚀积碳、焊渣、旧漆层或其它干燥了的油类物质。

(3) 提高零件表面的光洁度，以提高产品的美观度。

(4) 除去零件的毛刺或方向磨痕。

按动力来源有气动和电动两种。气动式比较安全，但需要气源；电动式容易解决电源问题，但一定要注意用电安全。

按功能分有双功能工业用磨砂/抛光机和简易型抛光机两种。双功能工业用磨砂抛光机能安上砂轮打磨金属材料，又能 换上抛光盘做车漆护埋。此机较重，为2-3kg,但工作起来非常平稳，不易损坏。

The motor drives the abrasive belt or grinding wheel polishing disc installed on the polishing machine to rotate at a high speed. As the polishing disc and the polishing wheel work together and rub against the surface to be polished, the purpose of removing paint pollution, oxide layer and shallow marks can be achieved.

(1) Remove the scale on the surface of parts after heat treatment of castings and forgings.

(2) Remove the corroded carbon deposit, welding slag, old paint layer or other dried oil substances on the surface of the parts. 

(3)  Improve the surface smoothness of parts to improve the aesthetics of products. 

(4)  Remove burrs or directional wear marks of parts. According to the power source, there are pneumatic and electric. Pneumatic is safer, but it needs an air source; Electric is easy to solve the power supply problem, but we must pay attention to the safety of electricity use. According to functions, there are two kinds of dual-function industrial sanding/polishing machines and simple polishing machines. Dual-function industrial abrasive polishing machine can be equipped with grinding wheels to polish metal materials, and can be replaced with polishing discs to protect and bury car paint. This machine is heavy, 2-3kg, but it works smoothly and is not easy to be damaged.
