该轴式回转型喷砂设备的设计可解决贵公司不同种类的回圆管基材涂层前处理干喷砂而设计的专用喷砂设备，操作人员只需将产品安装至回转卡盘顶尖之中心，另一头通过活动调整小车来调整工件的不同长度而设计，放置到中心位置时，松开脚踏气动阀压紧状态、一键启动后回转系统将自动旋转，喷砂室内将进行自动喷砂，喷砂结束后,通过自动喷枪的高压空气吹净工件,下一步将自动进入电弧喷涂打底作业，通过设定扫描往返次数来达到表面需要打底厚度，喷涂完成同样采用自动吹净清理，如此连续循环工作。
